Rates

Our rates are $95.00 a night for 2 people, and $10.00 a night for each person and or pet thereafter.  This price does not reflect the HST which is 13%.

We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit as well as a credit card number to hold your reservation at the time of booking.

We do prefer a cheque or cash, but do accept Visa & Mastercard.

Our check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.  A $25.00 charge will be applied to all late check outs, unless you have made a prior arrangement.

If you are on Deer island before 3:00 p.m., please stop by if the cottage is ready your are certainly encouraged to check in early.
